This is an awesome little drive. Simple to use with the app. Helps out a lot when you need to quickly off load some video.

Works well for smaller photo dumps...but it refuses to work with my wife’s iPhone XR for some reason. She has many gigs of photos/videos on her phone, but when we try to use this, it cancels the process several seconds after starting. My phone (also iPhone XR) worked just fine, but I have significantly fewer photos on mine. Just a word of caution, but product does work

Easy backup for all my iPhone photos and videos. Well organized on flash drive with good picture quality. Gave me assurance that I could have quick access to share these same special family photos even after I delete them from my phone. Perhaps there is a back up for contacts messages as well, need to search and see. That would be great!

Easy to use and very portable which is what I was looking for. Tons of storage for all my pictures.

This is simple to start. Probably could get to be complicated if you don't label dates for custom folders and each backup batch. I was able to get my GoPro photos and videos and Quik movies off the computer and Apple IOS Photos phone storage to make room on each. Seems pretty straightforward without much customization. Can also backup contacts, etc. if desired.

Super useful tool especially if iPhone is getting full and don't have cloud backup. I use this to transfer photos to my PC without needing to plug in or use another software. This is more than enough GB space. Look out though, it's quite easy to misplace being very small.

I wanted to love it and it seemed like a blessing to my issue with too many pictures on my phone and not enough storage... the only problem is I find that I keep getting locked out of the program when I try to click on too many pictures at once. It is so frustrating. I have 6000 pictures to transfer and backup but I can't get passed 50/100. Everytime I click on a few pictures to transfer, it starts to transfer a few, and then "BAM!" .... kicked out and I have to start all over. I do not want to give it a bad review- maybe it is my internet or something I am doing wrong? It seems like such a good product and a total blessing - so I will keep trying. I really want it to work so bad! I wish there was a way to transfer all my photos somewhere!
