Disappointing

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not sure if maybe I got a defective one, but it intermittently stops working right and I have to unplug and replug back in. Not impressed with the app either. I’ve always used Sandisk and this is the first product I’ve been disappointed with.

When it was finally done I unplugged it and put it up. Because I didn’t look at it I didn’t even realize the tip broke off in my phone when I was pulling it out. I had to pay $140. To replace the charging port because it was stuck in there good. Be very careful when plugging and unplugging it snapped right off like it wasn’t even attached. It takes forever to upload and you have to restart it many times because for whatever reason it always stops for some error.

A waste of money for me

It only downloaded the last year of pictures. Then I wasn't able to view them on my laptop. I'm not very techy so it could be part user error? But it was not very user friendly.
