Hard to use

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to love it and it seemed like a blessing to my issue with too many pictures on my phone and not enough storage... the only problem is I find that I keep getting locked out of the program when I try to click on too many pictures at once. It is so frustrating. I have 6000 pictures to transfer and backup but I can't get passed 50/100. Everytime I click on a few pictures to transfer, it starts to transfer a few, and then "BAM!" .... kicked out and I have to start all over. I do not want to give it a bad review- maybe it is my internet or something I am doing wrong? It seems like such a good product and a total blessing - so I will keep trying. I really want it to work so bad! I wish there was a way to transfer all my photos somewhere!

A great idea!

The idea of this is great, but I can’t get it to work every time. It doesn’t come with a hard copy manual but you can look it up online. It’s just inconvenient when you’re trying to use it.

Just what I needed

It seems to work better when connected to wifi. Depending on how much photos you have, the transfer can take a while. The size is perfect and can be carried as a keychain. Aside from transferring photos, you can also back up your phone with this drive.

Great to transferring photos from phone

I was looking for a way to transfer content off of my phone to make space, and someone at my local best buy directed me to this. I wish it came with a little sase or cover, because I'd like to be able to attach it to a keychain without worrying about the ends getting wet or ruined and risk losing my date. Simple design, easy to use

Just plug it into an iPhone or iPad and it asks to download the app to transfer the files. Once the files are there, it's just easy enough to flip it to the other side and put it into a PC or Mac and transfer the files over to that, too.
