    My daughter had over 6000 pictures on her phone. It was a little confusing to use at first. It kept acting like it wasn't downloading any more pictures and then it would start up again. The only reason we realized that it had downloaded anything at all is that the total picture count would be less every time it started back up. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

    We needed something to remove photos from our phones to the computer for safe keeping….This gadget took a little more time to load and to transfer but all in all for the price, it’s a great little gadget Our first try failed…because this was defective so if it doesn’t work within minutes, take it back snd Best Buy will replace. Their customer service is amazing! Once we got into the computer, we easily could move into more suitable devices
