I had a bit of trouble in the beginning, as using this device entailed more than the three steps on the back of the packaging. I downloaded a youtube video and learned more. Another useful tip: when using the system settings, there is a help option that walks you through the process and includes a User Manual.

This thing was then able to plug into desktop and download all 116gb in 30min.
