I even took it into Best Buy and they tried to help me and got it going and I brought it home to finish the download and it said could not do .. it so I just wasted $40 on this

Anything is better than having to go through iTunes. Still need to find a program to change format of the data on a desktop to view pictures.

Broken drive

Sometimes the phone would recognize it, usually it wouldn’t. Online suggested updating it on my desktop. It updated to some new software but minimal info was given on the website. Still doesn’t connect or let me download pictures to it. Waste of money.

It doesn’t put them in a chronological order when they are transferred was the only issue I had. Videos were more glitchy in the transfer process.
