So bad

When you do that, after minutes do it again and again It never loads or unload one photo.

100 % Junk and Totally Useless

Bad decision! IXpand app is very poor, crashes all the time and cant copy videos to the usb drive (I didn’t try photos). I need to connect my phone to PC to transfer the old fashioned way using a special software. Idiots at Apple make it impossible to move photos and videos!

Best Buy is the worst
