It keep on asking to download lot other software or app that will make you think someone trying to steel your info. It is confusing for a whole lot of people. My review never come from me only, I ask and let other people use it and to give me their feedback on it and it always come back with the same information. It makes them feel they are not in control as if some one else is taking or watching their info. It is a no for me.

Rep at the cellphone store told me to purchase it to expand space, couldnt get it to transfer everything, ended up getting a new phone just for storage.
