When you first put it in, it pops up a message and asks you to download an app. If you don't download it right then and there, you never see the message pop up again. So you go search for it, but can't find the exact same app anywhere online. So I found one pretty close, but then it shows pics are downloading, but never says when it's done, so you assume it's done, but you can never access the photos. I don't know. It's weird and I basically threw away my money.

However, if desired, you can use the SanDisk Memory Zone Desktop application for ease of use. For iOS and Android devices SanDisk Memory Zone app is available on App Store/Play Store.
