Purchased an adapter on Amazon for an actual regular usb and am able to save pics with that. So do not waste money on this at Best Buy.

Not Dependable and User Friendly

Not sure if this device works as intended because when I plug it into my iphone, the opportunity to open the photos on my phone to copy of download doesn't come up. I would find a more reliable and easy to use device

Not idiot proof

Did not work quite the way I had hoped. I'm not the most tech savvy individual, and I miss the days of easy to use USB flash drives that worked without additional apps or programs required to open files. I ended up air dropping everything.

Connector breaks easily

Poor quality
