Terrible Customer Service

It was obvious they were not first language english, they knew less than the store. Decided not to have geek squad transfer data after I had already paid for it, they did not want to refund for service I did not use but paid for. Asked for a manager and the person taking care of another customer stopped helping that customer to tell me how I was wrong and did not pay for extra services. They then sent over a manager that only knew about cell phones, what a joke.
