Card stopped working 4 months after purchase

When you buy a card, choosing it by it's brand, and after 4 months it simply stops working, then you won't have some good words about it. I contacted the customer support, and after a few emails, asking for serial number (I agree), proof of purchase (I don't agree - if it has lifetime warranty, do I need to keep the receipt throughout lifetime???), they said the incident escalated, and no response was given. Today, after almost a year, I contacted them again and got my RMA, quickly and without any stress.
