could not get into sandisc menu to download any music all I could do was listen to fm which was poor at best,possibly the problem was that I coud not read the foreign language on the screen that I could not bring up on the menu

my son loves it and even I could load it with all his music

no problems with it what so ever, didn't even need to RTFM

it looks good, smooth interface and great for working out

It's a great mp3 for me and my wife and all family

This MP3 player was perfect for my gym workouts unitl yesterday when It died. I didn't expect much for $50 but I wouldn't have thought it would only last me 30 days.

Bought a new 4gb Sansa Clip on Sunday January 2nd. Took it home charged it up as directed loaded up music. Disconnected it it , it refreshed the data base and THEN WOULDN'T EVEN POWER BACK UP. NEVER EVEN GOT TO USE IT ONE TIME. This is not the first or even 2nd time I have had this issue with Sansa clips. They are inexpensive for a reason and that is THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND JUNK. Buy ANY other MP3 player than a SANSA. NO MORE WASTING MY TIME OR MONEY ON THEIR JUNK PRODUCTS. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY GET SOMETHING THAT WILL WORK AND LAST.

I have not been able to download music purchased from itunes onto the MP3 player at all. I was able to download from my laptop's media player onto the device.

I have gone through two of these the last two weeks. In both cases, the device simply stopped playing. Non responsive, even after plugging it in to the computer. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing as I would have seen several other people who had simiar issues. This product clearly has a serious flaw in it's engineering and I think I can safely say after having two of them go bad on me after just two weeks, that it is definitely a waste of money.

I wanted to buy something other than from the competition. Oh well. I brought one of these home today. After a few hours, all the text became gibberish. I brought another one home, same day. It froze during its first synch. Could not even rest. I guess quality control is not something this company cares about, which is why the product is so inexpensive. Oh, and when I went to Sandisk’s website to see about a firmware upgrade, the site was down too. Very comforting.

I have had 4 Clips. All 4 have died within 6 months. Some faster then others. Enough Said.

If I could give this thing no stars I would!!! My first Sansa lasted about a week after buying it then it just quit working. The second one lasted about 3 days before it quit working. I went on ahead and spent a few dollars more and got a Sony which has been trouble free so far. I definately would not recommend buying the Sansa unless you like running to Best Buy all the time to take things back!

I have no idea how this works. This is the second one in 2 days and neither one will charge. Best Buy should be more careful about the products they sell. . The pictures in the instructions don't even match the product. Again complete carbage . It must have cost $1.25 to make and they don't even include a wall charger. The low price is no excuse, it's a carbage.

easy to load music but didnt pick up one station at the gym

Frustrated because doesn't power on sometimes for no reason, even fully charged.

I use my MP3 player for music exclusively. You can copy songs individually but when copying multiple songs it takes hours and locks up in the process. Once you unplug the unit from your computer it goes into "Refreshing Media" mode. This also takes about 30 minutes. Frustrating to say the least.

I was unable to use a'c back pain for awhile. It is so confusing I've never been able to access any of the parts available except the radio, and the next time I used it would only play one song m"Danny Boy" at that point I gave up and askede my wife to take it back and get something else..

Bought this item because of the attractive price and the size, perfect for jogging. Unfortunately this item has the worst quality ever. After four weeks of use, the screen simple turned black, the on/off switch stopped working and the little control wheel turned blue - permanently.

I felt the MP3 player was a good value when I purchased it, but I will not buy another one to replace it. It was a Christmas gift for my son, and it stopped working 12 days after he received it. We have tried several chargers, and unfortunately my wife can't find the receipt.

I got the mp3 and liked it alot in the begining, but then one day i was listening to one off my favorate songs and it just cutt off!!!! For no apparent reason it simply stopped working!!! Extreamely disappointed!!! I wasted my money!!! And we're in a recession!!!
