I was apprehensive at first to try another mp3 player of this brand. However I would compare this with the iPod Nano and like the features even better. I find it easy to use and the clip function allows me to workout without ever worrying where to put it...it stays put with the clip.:) This time Best Buy really was a Best Buy!:)

I bought this for my husband so he can have his hands free while exercising. He used it for 2 weeks and the "Good-Bye" screen froze on him. We finally got that screen to go away now it won't turn on. Tried to plug it through USB on my computer but got error messages. I'm looking everywhere for the receipt but can not find it. I paid cash for it so I doubt they will be able to find my receipt and print out a new one at the store so I can return it and get him an ipod nano like mine. I would not recommend this product unless you have $40 to burn. Just spend the extra money and get an ipod nano or shuffle instead.

Great Player for $40 on sale. Good Sound, easy to use.

The 4GB Sansa CLIP is nice looking & very compact. Price was good. Quality of operation (buttons, etc.) are about what you'd expect from a $50 player. BIG PROBLEM: The "clip-on" feature broke within 2 months. It is attached directly to the back of the player (thus, the name), so it's not replaceable. I'm pretty sure I didn't buy the BB warranty, so they prolly won't replace it either. The sound quality isn't bad, it's a bit lacking compared to the Sansa FUSE & some other MP3 players I've tried. Actually, I "would" recommend the 8GB FUSE over the CLIP, however there doesn't seem to be any kind of clip-on accessory available for the FUSE, so you have to carry it in your pocket or get the (lame) armband. (Unfortunately, I guess that's how I'll have to carry my clipless CLIP from now on; so I'd recommend the FUSE after all). My CLIP has 630 songs (burned from CD's) and the memory is full (seems adequate). I don't have any use for the radio or voice features; so, no comment on those. The built in clip-on feature was the main reason that I bought this player, so I'm really bummed that's what failed.

The players are subcompact and can clip to your waist band. The buttons are easy to use while working out without having to look at the player. Battery life is great, just plug it into my laptop over night and i'm all charged up for the next 3-4 weeks of use.

Compact with a lot of space. Easy to setup and use.

I expected better quality for the money. The clip broke day one and after a month of light use the power button broke and the unit was stuck in the on position. Incredible short battery life. If you are looking for a cheap mp3 player save your money and get something else. The battery life on its own is enough to drive you crazy. Its listed at 10 hours I was lucky to get 6 hours. You will end up with it needing to charge just when you want to use it the most.

I HAD THIS THING FOR 2 WEEKS AND IT JUST SHUT OFF ON ME. IT FELT LIKE A CIRCUT JUST BLEW INSIDE. THAT TELLS YOU THAT IT'S PRETTY BAD. i HAVE HAD iPODS FOR A LONG TIME AND GOT THIS AS A GIFT AND IN COMPARRISON THE FEATURES COMPARED TO THE SHUFFLE UNDOUGHTINGLY THIS IS BETTER. THE I POD IS SHUFFLE IS VERY SIMPLE. BUT ALL MY SHUFFLES i HAVE HAD FOR MORE THEN 2 YEARS AND STILL LASTING LONG AND STRONG , BUT THIS THING SHUT OFF AFTER TWO WEEKS AND OTHERS HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINTS. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND MONEY DONT BUY THIS THING ITS NOT DEPENDABLE AT ALL.

This is a great little MP3 . Easy to download music, and getting audio books from my local library is a snap. Another advantage is the Slot Radio capability. I've purchased two Slot Radio cards (Country & Oldies), and while they have their drawbacks, for about 4 cents per song, really hard to beat. Compared to Apple, buying this thing is a no-brainer.

I previously bought a different one that was only 10.00 cheaper,but this one was worth more than that ten dollars! It is very easy to use and once I downloaded the manual it was a piece of cake. I really like the button lock feature because I do a lot of bending and twisting at work.

I use my "little guy" for downloading books from our local library "Media Mall" and this mp3 player is amazingly easy to work with; downloading, finding and playing the books - everything is easy. The sound quality is very good, too. I have music loaded also, and again, very easy to do. No need to sync, etc. Just move the book or music over to the player and off you go. I have worked with 3 others since, and I went back and bought a 2nd "little guy" when my 4 gigs were full. I have about 200 songs and 20 books on my little guy.

I have mostly had IPODs but did not want to pay the crazy high prices so bought this. Used for a month and perfect for running and the gym and trips. I love the small size. Sound is OK and Radio is OK. I bought more memory so no issues with loading a lot of songs.

this is great i just clip it on and go! i don't have to put it in my pocket and have the headphones act werid. i just love it!!

I purchased 3 of these as Christmas presents this year, by all acounts everyone is happy with the players, they work as expected, haven't had any of the crash problems mentioned in previous reviews, only downside was a pair of the earbuds had a channel out, happened to have another pair on hand so not a big deal ...

I have all my music files in Windows media and like that I can have something just as easy to use (actually easier) as an iPod and for much less cost.

Easy device to learn to operate. no special loop holes to go through...just get right to the music!

I have several of these around the house, all my kids use them. They hold a decent amount of music and are rechargable so I do not have to stock a lot of batteries. My kids use and abuse them and they keep working. Small enough to fit anywhere.

This mp3 player is working great for the gym so far - the life of a gym mp3 player can sometimes take a turn for the worse quickly, as with my last Insignia player. Durable, good sound quality, easy to use, lightweight, and a pretty good price for 4GB. It definitely seems to be the best gym mp3 player I have purchased so far.

I use it for music, radio, Record Lectures and store stuff, Sound quality is awesome I would venture to say that it sounds way better than my Evo shift Phone for Music!

I only wanted to listen to music easily, no internet, videos, pics, etc., and this MP3 player is just what I need! Easy to upload music and listen to whatever I choose.
