This was super easy to operate. The most computer illiterate person would have little to no problem loading/operating this device

I bought this to listen to while running. Definitely more manageable to run with than a cellphone. Good reception and sound quality despite being worn daily for long runs.

Purchased this item, but wasn't able to test it out in the time window for returns. After opening the mp3 player the FM radio worked but the battery was low (expected). After plugging the Mp3 player into my Windows 10 computer it wanted to reformat; after that pop up, the device stopped working. I installed drivers and other needed items but my computer wouldn't recognize the device. The SanDisk customer care was useless, the rep I had knew nothing of drivers,or where to find the serial codes on the device, and thought that Windows 10 was the same as Windows Vista. (uh no buddy) It's currently in transit to be replaced since they wont return it. I don't know if I just got a faulty device or it was a Windows 10 issue. But I hope the replacement works better than the original one I purchased.

For a non Apple mp3 player on the cheap but with solid functionality there's not a lot of choices. This is a solid player and isn't super expensive, my wife uses her's extensively - 40+ hours a week mostly for work - so it gets a bit of abuse. Decent sound output - easy to drag and drop music on to it and have the player recognize them - it's an mp3 player - not much more can be said.

It is easy to use. I loved the ease of the mp3. I downloaded a lot of sermons videos and music. I did not like that the charging port with would soon not hold a chat if you use a charger other than what came with it. Make sure you buy a warranty on it because it will eventually go out.

this is a good entry level player for a person buying for the first time.

Good for active kids, best with rhapsody. Easy to reset after it does freeze.

This was perfect for my father-in-law. He wanted something to play his own music and it is easy for him to understand how to use. He plays his music all the time now!

Exceeded most expectations just what I was hoping for in an inexpensive mp3

4gb with room for expansion. Radio reception could be better but overall a great inexpensive player.

It is extremely small. The buttons are cheap, but what do you expect? Some others say their is not a hold function, but their is. The volume gets loud, but i am using high quality bose headphones. The text display has a character limit and the browsing of tracks is very difficult with 1000+ songs. I am using a sandisk 32gb with no issues.

This is my fourth Sansa mp3 player. I love the fact that it has an expansion slot for a Micro SD card. My 4GB Sansa is now a 20GB TINY mp3 player with over 3000 songs. I can ride my Harley for two full days before recharging and it will recharge off any micro USB cord. As I travel with two mp3 players, one can recharge in my tour pack, along with my phone, while I am riding. I'm never without a fully charged phone or mp3 player.

easy to use and fits right into your pocket. It is also very simple to download music by using the usb cord to my computer. my children really liked this product.
