Works great, easy to use, not complicated. Much simpler than other devices.

I purchased for two 3rd and a 4th grade kids, they really like the ease in using it.

Used primarily for audio books during workouts. Also works well for music.

This item was returned because it took several minutes to power off. Maybe I got a lemon, but the battery life was short due to this issue, and it was slow to process each request ( play, pause, skip, etc.) Happy that I received a full refund.

Love the "drag and drop" feature plus expansion SD slot. Bought this for a 12 year old, she loves it. She was able to figure out how to use it without reading the instructions.

I bought this for my mom who is not very tech savvy. She has been able to operate it from day one. After buying three other ones first I should have start with best buy.

It works perfect for what im using it for ...I work in the country in a big building so I can't pick up every channel but I got lucky it picks up the ones I listen to .

I have enjoyed listening to numerous books on this MP3 Player and the last one I had to return before the warranty expired. It just stopped playing. I still have not figured out all the ins and outs of this machine, but will continue trying. Also, sometimes it just stops for no apparent reason. Not certain why.
