Great while it lasted. Suddenly died in the middle of my run. Sansa is replacing it. Good warranty service, but who wants that?

This worked well for about 10 days then just keeps freezing or just doesn't turn on. Very disappointed!

The earbud connection fails at the slightest touch. I even purchased higher quality headphones but the connection wasn't any better. The slightest touch of clothing or pull on the cord loosens the connection and the sound is lost. Nothing else really matters - good sound, easy use means nothing if you are constantly readjusting the connector. There must be something better on the market!

I bought this for my wife to use at work. She really doesn't care for the flimsy clip and the unreliability.

It is a radio. Nothing else. Do not expect to play any of your music on it. If you want that, buy Apple.

I bought my wife a Sansa Clip-Zip MP3 player a few months ago when she finally got fed up enough with iTunes to revolt against Apple. After setting her player up for her, I liked it so much that she bought me one for Xmas. Got the largest memory card that works with the player (32 gig), replaced the operating system with RockBox and loaded it up with a bunch of my favorite albums. I've already got an old 180 gig iPod (running RockBox# that has my whole music collection on it, but this one is more portable #just clip it onto a shirt or coat and go) plus it has a radio, which the iPod doesn't. Very nice little player. My only complaint is that the screen is so tiny it's hard to get any useful amount of info or album artwork on it, but that's a minor gripe.

I have had 2 previous Sansa Clip MP3 players and both worked very well. This is a newer model and not like the other two and i am disappointed with this one. I have a two year extended warranty and will get it fixed or a new one, and hope the new one is as good as my previous two.

When you plug it in the pc to charge the battery it will not show it is charging and you push the button on top of MP3 player or you have to hold the button down constantly for it to show you if the battery is recharging. It has been a pain since I have bought it. Not worth the money

I love the Sansa Clip mp3 player!

This SanDisk Sansa mp3 player is the third one I've owned (my second Sansa Clip). I love the "drag & drop" feature that you can use to put your music, books and pictures on the player. I find it extremely easy to use, love the fact that you can expand the memory if necessary, the awesome FM radio feature which is perfect for the gym and tuning into whatever show you may want to watch while working out on the elliptical or treadmill and most importantly it has wonderful sound! The forced retirement of my last SanDisk was completely my fault (as well as its predecessors). I dropped the last one and then ran it over with my car. Amazingly it STILL WORKS. Unfortunately the screen didn't do as well as the rest of the player and it is completely toast. Surprisingly there isn't even any jagged edges!

The female plug in for the headset was lose and the headset would not work. Returned the player. I guess you get what you pay for. It might be a very good MP3 player. But I will never know.

Had this for over a year. Use it at the gym, walking and listening to audiobooks in the car. Holds a ton of music with the sd card Great for downloading library books. And I don't need to run down my phone battery.

After less than a week, the headphones started cutting off and on. The headphone contact has to be plugged in only halfway for it to work.
