Got it at the local Best Buy on sale, installation was easy and it works just fine

I replaced a failing hard drive on a six year old computer with this SSD. The owner was thinking about buying a new computer, and I told them replacing the drive with solid state would likely make even more of a difference than a slightly faster CPU and more RAM, for her purposes. I made the switch and it's like night and day. Needless to say, she's not computer shopping anymore.

Used this drive to see if the quality was better than the PNY, and while i did get better speed, it wasnt through the roof. But it is a great device and i dont discourage anyone from not buying it. Its simple to do fresh installs on computers with new drives like this! Go ahead! You wont break anything.

It was easy to install and I saw a major improvement when the laptop booted up.

ALTHOUGH SMALL CAPACITY , THIS BAD BOY IS FREACKIN FAST!! I AM REPLACING ALL BAD HDDS WITH THIS SSD

Standard ssd for a great price. Very fast and easy to connect. Small storage but great for OS boot up.

My laptop is five years old. The ss hard drive boots up in less than 20 second. My 500 gig disc drive at 7200 rpm takes over one minute...even after disc cleaning and defragmenting. You don't need more than 120 gig....I save my documents on external flash drives. I use win 7 32 bit. If all this helps ...great. I hope they lower the price as they have SD cards.

Works as it should be. Now my mac boot waaayy faster than before.

After 2 weeks of heavy usage, hard drive seems a little slower than at the beginning. However, still much faster than regular hard drive and got it while on sale. Ran windows 7 and made sure trim was enabled but not sure why speed was slower after 2 weeks of usage. Reformatting windows and reinstalling it again didn't seems to make much of a difference.

Works great. I have it as my OS drive, boots up in no time.

Purchased this SSD for a laptop that I installed Linux on. Price was fantastic, speeds are great (especially when compared to the original hard drive) and installation was easy. SanDisk SSD's are reliable and fast.

WOW !!! that's all I can say. This SSD made my old computer come back to life. I know it's only 120 GB but use it as your boot drive and use a Regular Hard Drive as your storage drive. and you'll be set. It works very well.

Bought this drive to replace a still working 5400 rpm drive on my mom's computer. Easy installation. I used a USB to Serial ATA adapter to copy the existing hard drive to the new one. Swapped the drives in the computer and booted up. Other than the speed increase, which is great, you wouldn't know the hard drive was changed. For a clean install you can just swap the drives and boot from your OS media.

I’ve worked in IT for over 20yrs and have been using SSD for a while now. I love the performance of these drives and that they are becoming more affordable. I used the Sandisk SSD in an 8yr old laptop for a client of mines and it help to revitalized the older system. My client was pleasantly pleased with how the system turned out and it didn’t cost her a lot of money. . .

I bought this SSD to put some pep into an old 2005 HP XP Media Center. I had to prep the drive on my Win 7 machine, due to the software not supporting WinXP. I then installed it on the XP and image copied the C drive to the new SSD. Works great!! A significant speed improvement over the old sata hard drive.
