HDD susceptible to failure due to motion/jolts. SSD safer for laptops that are moved frequently while still in use.

This drive is excellent value. I replaced the 5.4k rpm HD in my Dell Latitude with this drive and increased system speed dramatically. It used to take 25 seconds to boot from hibernate in Windoze 7 Pro. The system now cold boots in 11 seconds! What's not to like? I should have bought this drive years ago

Great budget SSD, something to get you into the SSD game, whether for a laptop, boot OS drive, or even a storage drive for loading games or large image files for editing. No issues, got it on sale so makes it worth it.

This Samsung SSD240 Plus solid state drive is a great choice for your laptop or desktop PC, especially if it has one of those older PATA or SATA mechanical hard drives. My boot up time went from one minute, 45 seconds to 12 seconds. It is really a major improvement over older drive technology.

I purchased the SanDisk SSD Plus SDSSDA-240G-G25 240gb a few months ago, I'm using it as a primary disk running the last Mac OS, and till now I haven't experience any problem, I'm very happy with the performance.

To set up a os and then run a large program with no lag works great.

Purchased for the IT department at my office. They are exactly what they needed and so far working perfect.
