Installation was fast and easy on my Dell Inspiron laptop. I figured the smaller faster drive would be just as good as the disk since I use this laptop to put videos on it and then erase them. Long term storage is not needed. Just fast downloading and viewing. It is perfect for this use. Excellent value and performance for the price.
