I bought this when it was on sale. I was looking to add an ssd to my desktop for a while and after shopping I came across this one. This is my 3rd drive in my desktop. I have a ssd for my OS and a 1tb hardrive for my general stuff and now I have this one for games. I'm very happy with it and it has really cut down the load times for my games. No complaints.

As a computer tech I am always on the lookout for affordable speed options. The number one complaint from most clients is a slow computer. Speed issues can arise from a variety of issues, but some computers can still be a bit slow after fixes are applied. A great way to significantly increase speed is to replace your existing mechanical hard drive with a Solid State Drive (SSD). Traditional drives have moving parts which lend to speed issues versus no moving parts in an SSD. You will have to buy cloning software and have an extra SATA cable or you can use an Apricorn USB 3.0 cloning cable which allows for a free cloning software download. The cloning cable is sold by Best Buy. These hard drives can be used in all computers which use SATA hard drives. The speed difference is dramatic.

I purchased this drive to put in an external case and use to load data and program installers on since this setup works better than a standard flash drive. SanDisk has always provided dependable memory products and I have never had any of their devices fail, I end up 'retiring' them.

Bought this SSD to speed up a 3 year old laptop when upgrading to Windows 10. Laptop is now better then a new one. Would recommend this as a great upgrade.

Sandisk SSD drives are excellent for laptops. You get a quicker one.

Bought this new SSD for my daughter's VAIO laptop... cloned all the info from slow HDD to new SSD... zoom.. fast bootup and applications started up on screen 10 times faster than the old HDD. Great buy for my moneys worth and a huge relief for me (less complains from whining daughter)
