Best price was from Best Buy. SSD made an older laptop boot faster. Software loading seems slower but once it's installed it runs fine.

I bought two of these for my gaming rig. It's not as fast as the samsung that I run my OS off, but it's cheaper and not a bad drive to store and run steam games and other drive intensive applications. Make sure you have a way to mount these as well as all needed sata cabling. These come with a carrier or spacer of some sort that has double sided tape on one side, and that's about it. They are super light and setup is a breeze. Overall a decent drive for the money if you're in a pinch and don't want to wait for shipping.

The drive works great, however, it does not come with software to clone the drive so I have to purchase Drive Image to close it.

Great SSD for the price. Doesn't compare to Samsung for quality but you don't pay through the nose for a reliable hard drive. Also like mounting hardware on bottom for easy installation in a 5.25

I had switched over to using ssd a couple years ago and since then, I have not been able to go back to using regular hdd. Nowadays, considering the price, it is very reasonable upgrade and load times for everything is blazing fast compare to regular sata drives. I purchased this because I needed one right away and it didn't disappoint. I am aware that it isn't the fastest write and read time, but it is a measley few seconds compare to much much longer on hdd. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. No complaints

I bought this SSD when my existing HDD died after serving for almost 4 years. The only expectation from this SSD was to be faster than my 7200 rpm drive and save some juice in my laptop battery. Contrary to the low expectations, this drive performed really well. I get a very good read write speeds for the price.

I've had good experiences with SanDisk products for years. This is no different. I used it to replace the old HDD in an aging laptop where the RAM was already maxed out. It's definitely made the laptop much more quick and snappy in its response times. It also runs much cooler than with the previous HDD.

I bought it to replace my Mid 2010 MBP's ageing SATA HD. Easy to unpack and install with minimal effort. Pretty fast too...

Bought this when on special doubling my hdd space. No problems with this drive or my last SanDisk drive I just replaced!

I was replacing a failed hard drive and looked into a ssd for my laptop. Was easy to install and seems to run quite a bit smoother. Good price too. It was on sale but still a good price.

These new SSD drives are so much faster. They make the entire PC performance better all around. Would definitely recommend!
