I installed this ssd in my father-in-law's old laptop running WindowsXP. He was ready to throw out the laptop and get a new one. Cloned and installed his old hard drive onto this one and BOOM! The insanity of waiting for each and everything you tried to do to take 2-3 minutes were all just about instant. If you are even considering getting one, you've already wasted time NOT having bought it already.

Best upgrade for an old MacBook. Those asholes at Apple tried talking me into a new laptop. With. Ssd drive my computer is like new again, speedy as it use to be.

I have bought probably 6 of these in the last 4 or 5 months and put in customer's computers. I have always trusted Sandisk products and these have been no exception. I have not had a single problem with any of them. They just work. some other brand might be 10% faster, but thats why I buy Sandisk products, they may not be the fastest but they are very reliable... which is more important.

Great product for the price, you will notice a difference. I wanted to reload Windows 10, so I decided it was also time to switch to an SSD. I'm running a first gen i7 with 24GB of RAM and with the new ssd Windows 10 loads in seconds! Yes seconds! It's surprisingly very fast I should have switched to ssd a long time ago. I would highly recommend SanDisk and you can't beat the price!

I have been wanting to buy a SSD for my PC ever since I had one installed on my work PC. My work PC boots in about 20 seconds. My home PC takes a little longer but it is still much quicker than before. According to some online benchmarks, this SSD has boosted my home computers performance, but truthfully in day to day use, I really haven't noticed a big difference. This is the reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars. But, there may be motherboard issues like bus speeds and processor speed that are slowing me down. I have no regrets buying this SSD because, it has worked seamlessly and again, the price was very attractive.

This is my first SSD and I must say the increase in system load speed and program opening speed is noticable. Impressive and relatively inexpensive. Recommended.

Picked up two of these on sale for a pretty decent price. Easy to install, and set up (raid 0 in case you were wondering..) going strong for 3+ months now.

Replaced work Macbook Pro 2010 with this hard drive. You'll definitely see a difference in speed. Highly recommend for a cheap but worth-it upgrade.

I bought this as a "minor" upgrade for my laptop and I definitely got more than I expected from this. For the price I paid I am more than satisfied.
