I've purchased Sandisk products for years. I bought this SSD for my wife's Dell Lat E6420, She mainly uses it for email and the internet so the capacity was not an issue. With a fresh image of Win10 her laptop will take 15 seconds to power on and 20 seconds to restart. I'm very pleased with this SSD and will purchase another for my own laptop in the future.

Purchased this under the assumption that after formatting it would be able to work in my 2013 MacBook Pro. After putting the drive in, getting my computer put back together and trying to do an Internet recovery I realized the machine showed no drive was even in it. Turns out I would need to replace the SATA cable as well to get this to work properly as it is not an Apple certified product. Too much hassle for me for a machine hat already runs great so I returned it. Maybe in the future I will try again and get a Samsung solid state and a new SATA. Regardless of my experience I do know that this is still a good drive for regular PC owners and I would recommend it to anyone trying to upgrade their slow hard drive.

Every bit a peer of Samsung for less! I didn't realize that Sandisk had such a good reputation in this space. I would definitely recommend it.

Easy install, great price and deal. Paid $50 for this SSD drive to use as a primary HD on my Sony laptop which has 2 HD bays.

I purchased this product after carefully conducting research. The SanDisk name was a primary factor, and the price was less than I expected.

Installation was easy and it works as expected. Very satisfied.

This is a very thin drive and the included shim allowed it to fit perfectly in the required space.

Did not have to format. Just loaded my software and every thing went very well. Plenty of room for my data after all software was loaded.

With the exception of having to borrow (or buy if not lucky) cloning software this was an easy swap. The speed of the machine has improved by a factor of 3 or 4, even backups run faster. The price, on sale, was excellent, I just wish they had made a similar offer on larger SSDs. I'm happy with the purchase, the only reason I didn't give it a 5 was the cloning requirement.

I bought this drive on sale for $69.99. It is a good value at retail price and a great deal for the sale price. This was a good purchase.

I have two of these: one for my desktop computer with Windows 10, and one for my laptop with Ubuntu 14.04. In both cases, the machines are much quieter, programs and applications open almost immediately, and in the case of my laptop it runs less hot and the battery life seems to be improved as well. I have no complaints with these drives so far.

At less than $.30/GB, this is incredible value for the price. Perfect upgrade for any laptop originally equipped with a spinning drive.
