For the price it's a great buy runs my operating system very well and some of the games I play . good load times now

It hasn't let me down yet and I've had it for a few weeks. Delivery was on time and hooking it up was simple enough.

I purchased it for a client install. Very good!! Also very good support from Sandisk when I was having issues with the drive speed. Come to find out it was the client computer chipset that was the bottleneck not the drive!

Great price. Upgraded my old drive. If you want this to be where your OS is installed, it will take some work. EaseUS works well. Some other drives come with included software that isn't as scary as free internet software.

My laptop boots and runs very much faster. Highly recommend this hard drive as a upgrade for speed. Cost way less than a new laptop. I also installed more ram after this upgrade to further speed up laptop. So save some cash for back to school and do a low cost upgrade instead of a buying a new laptop.

Hard Drives are not what is sounds like. There's a solid state and there the one my computer came with. Always make your recovery media before your hard drive fails. I am told it could fail in the shipping to the store. :( This harddrive, once installed, was super fast and we seem to be getting along.

Installed in Dell laptop to replace HD. Perfect fit. Installed in 10 minutes. Running Windows 10 with no problem.

Having bought one already for my laptop a while back, I bought one for a friend's desktop because it was acting pretty slow. After installing it in the PC and installing Windows 10, it was like a brand new PC. I recommend upgrading to an SSD on every PC these days. The difference is like night and day!

We are using these 240G+ size SSD's to refurbish some older SATA drive machines to re-purpose. Cold boot to login in less than 10 seconds, on an older Core 2 duo, running Windows 10. SanDisk quality has always been "up there", hoping the life is similar as SATA platter-based drives. Too soon to tell.

works fine using it on my ps4 was ment for my laptop but had problems with the 1tb drive I bought for the ps4

Does exactly what it promises. Needed to update a 3rd gen i5 laptop to keep it going a bit longer. Windows 10 running and this thing is flying. Since the laptop does not hold data that is critical or not backed up, the additional data integrity afforded by more expensive SSD's was not required.

Software was not the best but once I downloaded the newest version it was better. Not as "tight" as the Samsung software. A bit confusing and if you are not a "geek" like me may not be able to get it going...

Works great. Had no problems at all. Using this for my plex server and has worked great. Would buy again.

The drive has all the standard screw placements so attaching to carrier and locking into laptop was easy.

I bought this ssd to replace an old and unreliable hdd in my media server. I am just using it as the system drive. My media drives are still spinning platters. But after getting the system disk copied over to the ssd there was an instant improvement in the boot time and system speed.

Very happy with the purchase, used it as an OS drive in my computer. Very fast start-up of window 8.

Great product at a great price point. Boot time cut by 60-75%, can't wait to try another in my tablet.

This SSD is rock solid and just as fast as when i bought it 2 years ago...it is used daily... and has been my Primary OS and Games drive until yesterday because i needed more space... So i bought another one due to the consistency and reliability of my original one.

I liked it so much, I went and bought another. Also, great downloadable software to monitor the drive.

This hard drive worked as expected, I just wish i wouldve thought to buy the hard drive tray for it.
