I always recommend getting a solid state hard drive as a computer upgrade, even before beefing up the RAM. The SANdisk SSD was on sale at the time I purchased and made for a great value.

Easy to install, but no instructions for activation. Had to consult Best Buy Odd Squad for assistance. Procedure was easy, breezy, but not explained with data supplied with SSD.

All I have to say is I will never run out of storage for my photos again. Doesn't get any better than this. I can shoot beautiful pics forever without running out of space.

This product should come with an install bracket. Sale person should be knowledgeable enough to ask if I needed one. I ended up making my own and securing it with velcro.

The disk is slower and more expensive that other makes I later reviewed.

Not the fastest SSD in existence but definitely better than a traditional HDD. The computer boots up lightning fast and read/write speeds are great for the price.

I tried to replace my current drive with a solid state drive, but unfortunately this drive was too thick to fit into my laptop. I have heard positive feedback about this drive but it just didn't work for me.

Used this in an older computer that's been repurposed as an HTPC. Boots up 200% faster and has worked without a hiccup. There's no better investment in an aging PC than a SSD. Don't wait, just buy it, and marvel at how fast that sluggish 8 year old pc can run!
