Data transfer to the drive from a USB 3.0 laptop was slower than expected. Transfer using the USB-C was a little faster in comparison but still slow for my needs. Nevertheless, it got the job done.

It wasn't on sale at Best Buy when I needed it but fortunately Best Buy price matches.

I love that the connectors retract into it so I don't have to worry about them getting broken and I can use it on multiple devices without adapters.

You may have to remove the cases to use this product. Otherwise, it works great. Also, it's only meant for the New iPad Pro.

At first, I couldn’t get the USB-C end into my MacBook Air (2019) and thought that I'd bought the wrong product. Then, I tried pushing a little harder and — voila! — it worked.

I could see this extension process failing in the near future so I returned the drive.. good idea but just not a solid design
