The SanDisk 256 GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive is an excellent choice if you need to store and/or transfer large video files. I'm a tennis coach, and I use my 256GB drives to share video clips of their lessons with my students. They really like the convenience and the opportunity for us to do video analysis of their strokes.

I got this little thing to back up everything on my laptop, and because this Thumb drive works almost the same as an external SSD, you can use this as a long term storage device like I’m doing. Only difference really is that a SSD Drive will typically be faster than a thumb drive. But I’m not in a hurry so this will work just fine. I wanted a company I can rely on, Sandisk is certainly a good one. But truthfully, they’re all pretty good.

Good flash drive with plenty of storage space. Drive is a little smaller than other Sandisk drives which is good. Fits well on your keychain

I have other SanDisk USB drives ranging from 8 to 64 gig. But I got this one because I needed a big one. And now that I got USB 3.1 the speed of it was amazing. Video files that used to take me like 5-6 minutes to transfer now only take 10 seconds or so. The new design of the outside of the stick make it easier to handle, open and close. It also has a keyring hole on it to attach it to things. I also got mine for around 70% off since BB often has them on sale. No regrets or anything. Love SanDisk as always and BB.

Even though it is usb 3.0, this is SUPER FAST & reliable! It transfers data form my computer & my devices read from it flawlessly. The 256GB & 215 GB will be my go-to product forever!!! In MUNUTES I have everything I need.

256GB used to seem like a lot, but times have changed. I can, however, use this with my Mac as a TimeMachine backup. And at this price, I bought three 0-- one for TimeMachine, one for storage of stuff I need to move between computers (faster than the Cloud in some cases), and one for secure storage -- which is available right on the device. (I use my wife's nail polish to color-code the three flash drives.)

Compact and powerfull. Very easy to setup. A ton of storage in a little device. This tool allows me to install and uodate our machines as a bootavle devide . I no longer need the cd drives to install peograms .all at my fingerips.

This is a good basic drive with a true 130 mbs speed, unlike some others that advertise speed that does not exist. The drrive slows after cache is filled but still maintains a decent speed. good buy at a low price especially when on sale.

Overall does what I require, which is transfer files from multiple types of devices to a computer. Also has quite a bit of storage space.

I purchased this to use as a back-up storage device for digital photographs. So far I've just downloaded one photo to see if it works, and it did. Using a RavPower file hub, the transfer of the file from the CD card to the thumb drive is quick, efficient, and also fairly compact if you shoot many photos while hiking.
