This drive has so much storage. It is perfect for carrying over 4,000 .mp3 albums with you in cars equipped with USB connections. Can also carry over 150 movies ripped from DVD format to .mp4 for airplane trips or long car rides.

For a very attractive price I was able to purchase a very fast backup flash drive that has as much room as a lot of hard drives. I can back things up, move from computer to computer and drop it in my briefcase. Great deal.

I love this Flash drive. It's fast and the price was good for a 256G. I used it to store movies, photos and music that I had on my hard drive which has made my computer so much faster. Money well spent

A 256 GB flash drive for this price is great value. Of course, you can get a portable hard drive for less, but if you're looking for something to carry in your pocket, then SanDisk flash drives are the answer.

As Good as Advertised. Quality build, efficient transfer time with files.

I use these for off site backups. This 256 Gb USB 3 flash drive has plenty of space to store my back up files. It's much easier than creating and transporting a box full of backup DVD's to my off site storage location.

Overall, this drive does what it should. It's fairly inexpensive considering it gives you 256GB of storage. However, I have a few of these and noticed that they rarely actually ever write at full USB 3.0 speeds (which I would say 100MB/s is good, but these in my experience only write around 50MB/s, still fast enough, but if you have a lot of data to move around, it can take some time. REad speeds are still good, though, 100MB/s or more. I'm quite sure this limitation is not my computer, as I've experienced this on a few machines with various drives of this model, so I'm thinking that perhaps they advertised only the read speed and the write speed is not quite what it seems (which is how companies generally advertise storage media anyway--they boast about the read speed, but the write speed is generally 50% less). Regardless, I'd still recommend this as I've never had a problem with a SanDisk drive going bad (yet).

This product worked very well. I scanned all of my pictures from 35 years onto this so I can have forever memories. Very easy to use and will be doing this for the future.

Just the right size so it is easy to plug in and remove from slot. Retractable for protecting the connection. Fast, as expected for USB3.0. Reasonably priced.

SANDISK 256GB. I BOUGHT IT BE CAUSE I WANT TO TRANSFER MY PICTURES TO IT. IT HAS SO MUCH SPACE. THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT. PLUS THEY HAVE A GREAT REPUTATION.

The fact that this is USB 3.0 speed is great. Much faster transfers than the USB 2.0 versions I have. The storage capacity is plentiful. Also, since the connector retracts, it has some protection when not in use.

Got this on sale, the price was excellent for 256 gb on memories. I use a micro usb adaptor to attach to my cell phone to download all photos and videos without taking any of my desk top computer's memory space.
