A good quality thumb drive.

But for any occasion where read speed is most important, this is a very good thumb drive. The read speed is quite fast. I use these thumbs drive to install or reinstall Windows, or use these for playing music in the car. The USB connector retracts into the plastic case to protect the USB connector.
