I bought one and brought it to you and paid $60 to put it in. then you informed me it wasn’t the battery I needed but a motherboard. I called for a refund but was told I had to make a 45 minute drive to talk to the geek squad to see what they decide. I already made 4 trips to Peoria.

I Buy a lot of computer equipment and printers and phones. I thinking about going some where else. I own a business and treats customers that way. I am still upset.

SanDisk makes great products in terms of chips, but this just doesn't have enough stick to the extension mechanism to make me feel confident that it won't get damaged.
