I took the old SSD from my older desktop and inserted into my new computer. Had a feeling it was a bit slow and I needed the extra storage to install on the "C" drive all my music production software. I am happy with it so far. My desktop boots up faster than my external hardware. I have to wait a few extra seconds to use my mouse and keyboard once it boots to the login screen.
