When plugged into my laptop it only downloaded part of the download and became very hot during the process. I went to our library computer to try again with the same results. Ordered online Sept 19 but had to be in store return by Oct 8 ( tomorrow) so unable to return or obtain a refund. I will never buy from Best Buy again.
