Lots of storage and very speedy transferring files

I chose this drive because of the storage size and past positive experience with similar drives from SanDisk. Very speedy transferring files and lots of room.

No need to do any formatting, whether it is a PC or Mac. 3.0 usb speed is fast for even videos. Love the red color -- am saving all videos on the red ones so I know which drives have videos and which have data (bought the black).

Not a good product

It stopped working in the USB 3 mode. It still had 32GB of storage in USB 2 mode and it was cheap on sale for Christmas. I bought a second one and it stopped working in any mode after a few days. I returned it. I didn't buy another. Maybe I got the only 2 defective ones in the city. Maybe it's a bad product. You decide.

It is actually a lot slower than you may think in terms of writing speed. If you are looking for a method to store files as backup, this product is very usable; however, if you are looking for frequent transfer of a lot of data, look elsewhere. The key ring hole is unusable unless you plan on having its USB connection protruded at all times.

USB3 speeds for quick copying, as well as fast save and load times. Plus SanDisk has never disappointed me before, so I knew this would be a great drive for them.
