I used this for my new laptop. It quickly loaded the backup/rescue files. I have used sandisk products for years on computers and cameras and have always been satisfied.

I needed to transfer a large database - this did the job. It fits into an economy envelope and got the data to my customer faster than uploading and downloading would have.

The thumb drive is just the right size. Not so small it gets lost and not so big that you can't plug in another cord next to it. It also it attaches to a lanyard easily.

I purchased this 32gig USB 3.0 flash drive at a good price as it was on sale. Since 3.0 is much faster than 2.0 and I use it for a local backup it fits my needs.

this drive does what it is supposed to do only flaw is how bulky it is compared to other drives

This SanDisk Ultra USB 3.0 Flash Drive works exactly as you would expect it to. Transfers to and from the card seem to work quite quickly. The drive is about standard size, and like many others, has a slide button to slide the USB connector in and out. It also has a blue light that indicates readyness, and transfer activity. The drive is labeled in a way that makes it clear which side needs to be turned up for it to be inserted properly. (I hate drives that you have to try one way, and then the other, because you can't tell simply by looking at them which side should be turned up.) Finally, there is a molded, hole, in the curve at one end, to allow the drive to be carried on a key chain.

It is fast and good, for the price it is worth it.
