When plugged into my laptop it only downloaded part of the download and became very hot during the process. I went to our library computer to try again with the same results. Ordered online Sept 19 but had to be in store return by Oct 8 ( tomorrow) so unable to return or obtain a refund. I will never buy from Best Buy again.

I like the bright color since it's easy to find and the extra speed from the USB 3.0 standard means I can transfer files in a hurry, but also don't have to worry about USB 2.0 compatibility.
