I don't get the advertised speeds out of it, but I never have on any flash drive. I've used Sandisk flash drives for years and have never had a problem with one. I seriously recommend only buying flash drives when on sale and stocking up on them. Otherwise, I don't really think they are worth the cost. Best Buy has Sandisk flash drives on sale regularly and sometimes as part of their Daily Deal specials.

I download music to a flash drive and play it thru the USB port. I enjoy the convenience of listening to music thru the flash drive. I love these flash drives!

I was trying to move photos and documents to free up memory. However, it DID NOT WORK with my ipad, so I returned it for refund (without difficulty). I ended up buying the SanDisk iExpand drive that WORKS PERFECTLY with my iPad and iPhone.

They make smaller ones, the size of a thumbnail, but that is too small for me. This one is a bit larger and less streamlined than I like, but still does the trick and is fairly convenient to carry in the zipper pocket of my computer bag.
