Despite the USB being “ultra” fast, I still considered it as a normal USB. It says the speed is conditional, and I’m here to say it must be rare because it’s pretty normal on my very good laptop. But other than that, it’s a good buy!

Trying to buy a refrigerator and was a disaster from the beginning. Manager (Linda) was outstanding in trying to salvage the situation. 2500 member points can not make for this situation.

Drive performs average for a usb 3.0 device. Make sure it says it's usb 3.0 and not usb 3.0 compatible instead like om the companies other drives at the moment. This kind of advertising should be illegal.

The flash drive came apart when I pulled it out of the computer USB drive. Wasn't able to use it. But not worth the time to go back to the store to get a refund or exchange it...just took the $10 loss

Have not had the time to contact SunDisk for help to do the download. I bought it to use on a trip in September. I contacted them for help and got cut off the chat. I did not have the time to contact them again.

I purchased 3 of them and 1 was bad out of the package. The other 2 worked as expected.

I did not know and was not told when I bought this that it was not backward compatible to USB2 and I needed it to be so I could move date between my new USB3 laptop and my old USB2 laptop.

I tried to install update to security software that came with this flash drive but it kept failing so I just removed it and used the drive by itself. Could be better.

I have a trust that Sandisk products are made with standards. I have not yet removed the memory flash drive from its package. It is presumed to be a good product.

This flash drive was on sale that's why I got it. Just have to bear with the issue of making sure you insert it right so that it sticks on the pc because of its retractable head.

once again another bad usb this my 3rd usb from sandisk stay away from usb ultra 3.0 wont work on windows xp to 10 or mac it just runs hot and wont show at the system

It's really a standard USB drive, although it looks as though it'll be quick, I ran some speed test and found the write speeds to be sub-par. Read speeds are good if all you're going to be doing is watching movies from it. If fast write speeds are something that interests you, I suggest looking elsewhere such as their extreme pro line, a little pricey but very powerful. This is an okay USB drive and the only great thing about it is it's stylish orangey red look to it.

After a few weeks my computer no longer recognizes the flash drive. Unusable.

Hard to slide out drive. Functional and slide out function does provide a level of sturdiness

Became a write protected after formating on Windows 10. Tried a lot of different tools to remove the protection... Finally returned it.

it was alright ,did not do what it needed for.nothing else to say

It works ok and the price was fine. The shape is somewhat awkward and the mechanism to extend the plug is sticky.
