Use this in my new truck. Easy, fast, and cheap. flash drives have come a long way.

This is a solid and well-made thumbdrive. For 99% of the people out there, this will work as advertised. However, a number of motherboards out there are capable of forcing thumbdrives to show up as hard drives, so that people can set up a stack of them as USB RAID0 drives for a variety of reasons. This company has built a very solid, fast, and reliable product but they hard coded the drive type as "removable" in the devices firmware. If you are going to use it as a removable drive, this is a good thing. But, if you are going to use multiples of them as a flash-based RAID drive, then they might not suit you. That being said, these are very fast, very well made, and otherwise very nice drives.

small on the outside, very big on the inside. easy to keep in my laptop bag.

compact, durable, no compatibility issues and a ton of space. very solid piece of hardware all around.

I used this flash drive to create bootable media with which to recover in the event of a system disk failure. It wasn't long after I did that, that my 12-year-old power failed. When it did, it took my system disk with it. I was able to to use the SanDisk flash drive to recover my system drive. I was back up and running in less than an hour.

Fast, good price, and straight forward to use. What more can you ask for?

I'm an IT professional that has used hundreds of memory sticks and this USB Sandisk 3.0 Ultra is one of my preferred favorites. Most important is they are reliable if the data is lost then you have nothing. Recovering data from a memory stick is usually not a good situation to be be in. So just buy a GOOD one to start with. They are fast and work well!!!

Excellent device at a reasonable price. SanDisk and Western Digital are high-quality products. It is worth the small amount of extra money to buy quality storage devices that will last. Failure is a bad option. And it is worth getting USB 3 storage devices for the speed advantage.

Currently using this little drive to back up save files on my PS4. Rather than wait for saves to upload to the puny 1GB of space provided on the cloud for PS Plus users, this little drive backs up 100's of MBs of data in a few seconds. Occasionally I'll pop it out to move a large file here and there, but it serves its purpose. Happy with the purchase so far. Nothing negative to speak of.

Great value for the price. It was necessary to clear out items on a laptop I had decided to sell, this provided ample space to clear and store as necessary.

I originally purchased this flash drive only to replace my original, 8GB, flash drive. However, this flash drive came in very handy one day at work. We purchased new computers and I needed to backup my emails and some other files. I could not believe how fast this flash drive was. It only took me a few seconds to backup all of my files. Very fast, simple, and user friendly...just how I like it!

I've tried a lot of brands and SanDisk is the only one that has never failed for me. I buy these often when they go on sale as gifts. The price is great on sale and the speed is wonderful if you get USB 3.
