Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This "SanDisk - Ultra 32GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive" is NOT compatible with Linux. If you want to use it with a Linux computer, then you must re-format it using one of the Linux utilities. I reformatted mine with FAT32, and then I was able to load it up on my 8 year old Macintosh Pro; and subsequently I transferred files to my new Windows 11 Pro computer as well as my new Linux Ubuntu 22.04 server.

Posted .Please allow us to inform you the all the SanDisk Flash Drives are tested only on Windows and Mac computers. You may have to reformat the drive before using it on a Linux computer. For further assistance please submit a support ticket at https://support-en.wd.com/app/askweb.
