I uploaded music on it for my cellphone and it worked fine but the second time no way. I called ScanDisk and was told that it has to be replaced and that I would receive emails with ra numbers and so on. Even after all this time still no email even in the spam folders. I used my Best Buy credit card pay for it and could have taken it back to Best Buy but at the time it was less hassle to just do it through ScanDisk. And isn't it a lot of hassle for B. B to do a RA on it. Love the idea of USB straight to my phone.

I assume that it works well, because every SanDisk product I have works well, but I find a problem interfacing with my various phones and kindle tablets. The problem is probably not in the article, but in me, because I move tablets around too much sooner or later I either make the cable end or the receptor end in the device bent so that I have to replace the receptor, which takes so long, that I put off doing that. I am in my 80's, so I was hot stuff in the 60's with computers, but not so much now.

Product Name Confusing

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The clear bump of plastic and the sliding cover (protects one end while other is being used) does not allow the device to insert into the item I planned to use it with - a digital frame. This design flaw, not having a flush edge on both sides is the reason for the low rating - I can't use to see if it works well for my intended purchase reason. However since I can still use the USB side, will be able to use it a little.
