It's a pretty fast and compact drive, and doubles as an exquisite fidget toy. I have 2 and constantly play with them at my desk :) In seriousness, LOVE that it frees me up from ever thinking about the dumb design decisions of Apple who don't include USB-A ports on Macs. I can use this on any computer or phone in the house (except iPhones of course!) But it works fine on Android.

Bought this for daughter to use with MacBook Pro that is USB Type C only. She can download to this flash drive and then use with regular Type USB A computer or devices. She had no way of using college printers or displays but this fixed problem. I bought 64GB for myself using only USB Type A computers. If I ever go Mac I’m ready. Ours don’t overheat and still working after 2 years contrary to other reviewers.

The "SanDisk - Ultra 32GB USB 3.1, USB Type-C Flash Drive" is a great option for those of us who need a flexible flash drive that works with multiple USB connection types. I love having the ability to connect this to my MacBook pro with the Type-C USB side one minute, then connect it to a more traditional Type-A USB when transferring files on a computer that has that interface. Highly recommended.
