This USB Drive does not have any published write speeds, however, it should provide you optimal speeds when connected to a USB 3.1 Interface. If you are not getting optimal speeds, you can contact us and we will perform a speed test on your USB Drive to check if it is performing within the expected specifications. We will check if your USB Drive is eligible for a possible replacement. You have to download the app to use their program. NOT user friendly and not easy to transfer files from your mobile device onto the thumb drive.

I found out that it wasn't compatible with my iPad. I returned it, and, again, under the advisement of one of the sales people, purchased the SanDisk - Ultra 32GB USB 3.1, USB Type-C Flash Drive. After much effort, I contacted the SanDisk company, only to find out that it wasn't compatible either. I am extremely disappointed, because I would have purchased the iPad Pro 12.9, 128GB, if I had known that these flash drives wouldn't work with my iPad.

Will be trying to return it this weekend. Since I live over an hour away I have to travel in order to shop, return, etc. I asked for help. Sales persons should know the products and take time to make sure the product is correct. In this case I was sold the wrong item twice.
