My Macbook is so fast now

I watched a couple videos on swapping out RAM and adding a SSD, purchased what I needed and did it myself. I really woke up the old Macbook. It was simple and now I have my on Laptop back.

IT WORKS: what more is there to say

a little noisy. But much faster than my old one.

One time when I turned the computer on, it was so noisy that I hit restart. That seemed to cut the noise quite a bit. I truly do not know if the hard drive is faulty or the installation went awry.

Haven't had a problem

Hasn't been that much quicker than a traditional drive on this computer.......probably would do better on a faster unit. Still more fond of the PNY drives for cost/performance ratio....yes, even over the Samsung drives.
