    I installed this into my older computer and loaded Windows 10 on it. The reduction in bootstrapping time is phenomenal! It is well worth the investment. I may replace my spinning HDDs with 1TB SSDs.

    took laptop to geek squad to retrieve data from my hard drive and to install an SSD. They were unable to retrieve any of my data, which I could accept, however I asked very specifically, if when they install my SSD, will they re-install all of my programs especially MS (word, PP, excel) etc... they said they would, but none of them were reloaded on my laptop. Now, I am out of state for several months and unable to use my laptop for many of the things I need it for.
