I bought this 512GB SSD Drive on black Friday to replace the Hard Drive on my laptop PC. It improves the boot up time and it's quiet and fast for the applications.

Was about to call it quits with my 12 year old HP. Thought id give this a try and wow am I impressed. Boots up super fast and loads programs quick. No more crashes

I put this SSD in a laptop and it gave it new life, boots faster and loads pages and files some quicker. It's a night and day difference.

This is my go-to replacement for crashed hdds. 512gb is the size of most oem hdds i replace it seems. The differences in performance and speed are remarkable.

Works as it should. Made my computer much much faster. About 20 sec to load Windows. It filled up fast. I should have gotten the 1TB one instead.

Made my son's potato of a laptop start acting fast. Went from taking minutes to load Windows and like 40 seconds to open a browser, to booting very fast and the browser seemingly to open instantly. This saved me having to replace the computer. The old hard drive was a 5400k rpm drive that had a read speed of 32 mb/sec, this SSD is registering as being 324 mb/sec. I decided to try this out to see how it'll work out. Once I received, I cloned the disk to this SSD, took about 4 hours for 350GB of data plus additional partitions. Popped this baby in the laptop and bootup time was 10 seconds. That was fast, and the login to launching firefox/chrome took an extra second. Shutdown is astoundingly fast as well. I've always been impressed with SanDisk SD cards, as I use it for my Canon cameras as well, but the SSD for my laptop, it made it 100 times better.

Needed a new hard drive for my HP laptop. Install was simple and extremely fast using windows 10 image from Microsoft on thumb drive. Love it. Great price.

Nice speed, very good value on data storage. SSD runs in parallel with older optical drive, so nothing really to give up. All upside.
