Gave new life to a laptop - replaced a 320 GB HDD

The update would take over 2 hours to process and when the machine would reboot it would hang at the HP logo. I traced it back to the hybred drive. I replaced that drive with this SSD and loaded Win10 and ran an update. 10 min later the machine was back up with the latest release. Boot speed went from several minutes to less than one. An outstanding update.

Definite Performance Improvement

The addition of the solid state drive was a suggestion by the Geek Squad to enhance the processing speed of the laptop. After the conversion, there is a noticeable increase in the performance/file retrieval of the computer. For those who might consider an upgrade, you should consider including the replacement drive as a part of the retrofit.

It was large enough for an easy clone and has sped up processing on the laptop. I liked it so much I bought a 2nd one for the other laptop. Sale price helped me buy the 2nd one.
