My go-to SSD

For all the brands I've used, this has been the best and hasn't failed me yet. Don't forget to first initialize your SSD in Windows "Computer Management". Download "Acronis True Image" from Sandisk website for cloning your your existing drive to the new Sandisk SSD. It's free! Change Boot Drive in Bios Setup, to Sandisk SSD, and boot up to Windows. I recommend the Sandisk Ultra SSD to everyone.

I chose the scan disk 1tb drive because was on sale for one and it had good reviews. Since I started out with a 1tp drive that came with my Xbox one x it was easy just to clone the drive and replace it.Now it works much better and loads faster. I am totally happy with my choice.

Good price, good product

Boot times are lightning fast, seek times super fast, and all I did was change the drive out. How did we ever do anything with mechanical drives?

Replaced it with the SanDisk Ultra 512 SSD drive and now my laptop performs the way I expected a top of the line laptop should! I've used several SanDisk SSD drives over the past few years to bring life and performance back to older laptops, and every one of them is still running fine.
