Makes a SLOW Laptop run like a Gazelle!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for an inexpensive Dell notebook that I got from Best Buy (it came with an AMD A6 processor) and reloaded it with this new San Disk 512 SSD and it runs very fast. I also added another 4GB ram chip to boost the speed. Now the computer runs very well and I can send it off to my niece to use (she only does e-mail and web-surfing). This drive is a bargain for what it does, is light-weight, and reads/writes very quickly. You cannot go wrong with these SSD drives.

Terrific for an external drive!
