The technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We left the laptop overnight and it was ready as promised the next day. I wish we knew his name, please pass along our gratitude to him if you can match his name to our repair.

Not the best drive one could get, but usually a great deal if you get it on sale. Prices are really falling on these so likely can snag for a great price although i would stretch to get 1TB at this point
